We just bought our first home with Creative Mortgage Solutions recently and I just had to come on here because although it is our first time buying I am certain compared to family members and friends who have bought that ours was hands down the smoothest process Thanks to Mickie and Angela. They are so straight forward and Im absolutely blown away by their knowledge on the home buying process!! Again nothing to compare it to but I am certain this process was so incredibly easy with them on our side that I will continue to always use their services if later down the line we decide to buy again. We are so grateful for them and so incredibly excited to be moving into our new home and as quickly as we are. It feels so surreal. I would honestly rate them even higher if I could. They have been in business for a long time now so not a single question I didnt ask that Mickie didnt immediately have an answer for. It helps so much and brings so much peace to have someone who knows the ins and outs of their business. If youre looking into buying a home definitely reach out to Mickie and Angela I promise it will be the best decision you can do!!!

Mickie and Angela did a wonderful job getting me financed for our dream home. I wasn't sure I would be able to get a loan but Mickie knows her stuff and made it happen. I will always be grateful to them for making this dream come true!!!!

Mickie Simonds was great to work with, she was awesome at finding the lender perfect for our needs and adapting through hurtles along the home loan process. I would recommend her and her team in a heartbeat if I or someone I knew ever needs a mortgage broker!

Other places weren't willing to help with our unique situation. They were willing to help and we were able to get our home because they were willing to put in the effort to help us.
