Great experience under previous management/owner, but cannot say the same after Dr. Goodman joined. Originally scheduled appointments under Dr. Beeler. Office re-assigned my family to Goodman while he was out of network with our insurance and did not notify us of the change of provider or his out of network status prior to our appointments, leaving us with out of pocket expenses that were unwarranted. Office/billing staff is unhelpful and incompetent. With so many other options nearby, I highly recommend using any other dentist.

A highly recommendation lady at the front desk brought out a heater while I was waiting to leave cuz it was a bit chilly but didnt mind it but she went out of her way to bring out a heater to warm up the front which I much appreciated!

If I could rate 0 stars I would. My son went and saw Dr. Goodman for fillings and deep cleaning. He was handed a paper to sign that showed the costs of his treatment. There were charges of one star treatment and five star treatment. When receiving the EOB from the insurance company, the amount he paid out of pocket was very high. After calculating the difference in what he paid and what the insurance said he owed was $340 more than he should have paid. When I asked what the five star treatment entails, I was told it is charges that the insurance doesn't cover and that is why the office staff don't file them. The insurance company clearly told me to have them refile and include all charges. They refiled the exact same charges, no new ones. I was supposed to receive a list of the non covered charges from the office, but never did. To beat it all, they didn't even file the deep clean visit. He paid $275 out of pocket. There again the insurance had me to tell them to file it. When they finally did, my son only owed $28 out of pocket. Do you see where I'm going with this? If you don't want to be taken advantage of, you may want to find another dentist. My son received $0 back. BEWARE!
