      image Never ever consistent picking up/ drop off for my child. The first day of drop off I had to chase the bus down. When I call to complain you get a HOTLINE. Also, you are expected to wait 10 minutes of a window for pick up and drop off. Which means you have to be at the stop 15 minutes early on top of the window. I call to complain and even an associate who follows the bus does not even know the times. They tell me the wrong time ALL TOGETHER! I have had the WORST EXPERIENCE WITH THIS BUS CO. I SEE NOW WHY THE TURN OVER IS SOO BAD!
