Our only choice for floor work! Steve is a down to earth honest craftsman. He works on your house as if it were his own. His prices are fair and he is on time and thorough. Goes above and beyond to explain things and make us feel safe about the stability of our floors. We have needed simple small areas redone previously as well as recently an entire lower floor subfloor replaced. He worked hard to make sure we all feel safer now. We will use him for all flooring needs and highly recommend him.
