We saw Dr Rodgers. She misdiagnosed my daughter multiple times. I told her I believed she had a strep infection (moms can do some great research when their kiddos are sick) causing a lot of her issues. The rapid came back negative and that was that. Except it wasnt. My child kept getting more sick. Not gaining weight (which I had to point out she didnt notice she was dropping dramatically on growth chart). Joint pain all over. Chest pain. Belly pain, etc. We came back and were told it was a virus and constipation and treat with miralax This was the point we realized this was not a good fit.
She does not listen to the parents who are around the kid 24/7. We sought out a different doc who ran a bunch of labs. Turns out my child had multiple infections one of which was confirmed strep with a culture (gold standard of testing).
Plus another infection in her gut. We are being referred to a G.I. specialist and on
top of that we are getting an echo to rule out heart damage from the possible rheumatic fever from the strep.
She missed major things and caused a delay of care for our child and I do not recommend.

Can't get through to then on the phone anymore. Automated machine answers the calls for them. And tells you they appreciate your call please wait. Then it just hangs up on you. My child is sick can't even make an appt. And even even you have an appt your still there for 2 hours. Think it's time to switch my child's dr

Very disappointed in this pediatrician and how they treat you when your child is sick. Made me feel like just a number not a priority.

To have 3 offices to choose from is amazing. Each doctor rotates and if we are closer to GA or Chattanooga we can get in to see our pediatrician of choice. Highly recommend this group

Dr. Campbell is amazing! Very thorough and doesnt rush the appt. Really shows interest and true care of baby and parents :) Highly recommend him!!
