I'm all the way in Florida, but I will say that Katie Hayes is THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!!! Not only did she get me covered, but she also fixed an issue with my previous policy that was overlooked by my previous agent which caused my license to be suspended for 4 months without my knowledge. She got me the lowest rate possible AND her level of customer service/care is PHENOMENAL!!! THANK YOU KATIE! You deserve a raise!

I was having a very hard time with my policy renewal rate due to an accident that was not my fault. Direct Auto sent me an Underwriting Notice that said my rate was adversely affected, by a $1200 jump from what I paid previously for my premium. I have spoke to SO many people at Direct Auto and probably 20+ calls to the claims department at National General and no one even gave me an option as to where to start to try and fix this issue. Each person I talked to said to call another person and so on. I finally got Brandie Stephens on the phone, and SHE WAS AMAZING!!!!! I literally cannot thank her enough or recommend her enough!!! Within a 30 min phone call she had my policy renewal rate adjusted and it was so easy. Thank you BRANDIE STEPHENS!! You are the best.

It was quick and easy and affordable. The insurance sales woman Katherine Hayes was very professional and knowledgeable. I've always used Direct and will continue!!!
