        Our septic needed to be pumped and these guys showed up ready to work. Didnt waste any time. Answered all my questions. Very kind and friendly. Cleaned up when finished. Great price. Professional, efficient, knowledgeable, courteous, diligent, affordable. Excellent service, Highly recommend!

        I have never said this in a review... I would give this company 10 stars. I was putting in a patio and dug out what I thought was the septic tank pump out access cover. The owners son told me I found the secondary tank and he helped me dig out the primary tank access cover. He pumped out both tanks completely. This is a honest company. I had no experience on septic systems. I called three septic service companies. One did not return my call, the second one was significantly more expensive than Captain Septic. Captain Septic came out a few hours after I called. The two men were professional and knew what they were doing. They finished in about an hour. This is a great local family owned business!
