We decided to redo our restaurant floors while we were shut down because of covid, and hired them to do a custom metallic epoxy finish with concrete floor staining. Fun and easy to work with.

We found Concrete Mystique when looking for a concrete patio contractor near us and when we looked at their patio pictures on their website, we were sold. I could never have imagined getting a fully customed patio the way Concrete Mystique did it for us. They are absolutely worth every penny. Everyone who comes to our home always compliments us on our unique concrete patio.

We just bought a new home in Nashville and wanted to get our pool deck completely gutted out and redone. We got different bids and remodeling ideas from different concrete contractors here in Nashville, but none came to the level of competence as Rick. After speaking with him on the phone we realized he is a real artist at heart, not just another contractor bidding for a tear and replace job. He worked with us to take our plain concrete deck and brought some ideas we had into an art design, which he installed with his crew. The completed work is simply out of this world. We could not be any happier. We'll definitely be working with Concrete Mystique to help us do our driveway and interior floors.

We used Concrete Mystique Engraving to install a coolcrete pool surface in addition to concrete design work in an outside covered living space. We were very happy with the initial job and subsequently had the company come back 2 times for touch-up coloring and sealing which seemed to be more frequent than desired (every 2-3 years) but that was fine. We even referred Concrete Mystique to over 4 people who ended up hiring them to do work as well. We contacted Rick Lobdell & Mike Rayburn who are the owners/workers on March 6th 2021 to seal the driveway and touch up and seal the original pool work. They sent someone out to seal the driveway and committed to coming back to complete the pool deck work. After repeatedly telling us they would be out (we remained flexible on any dates and times and it's now August, 5 months later) they never showed. After 5 different emails to Rick and 5 texts to Mike, they stopped responding. We simply asked to let us know if we should hire someone else to do the work if they were too busy. The driveway sealing they did is peeling off and roller marks are all over the driveway which we let them know. This may be why they stopped responding since they knew the latest work was not quality work. It's very disappointing they could not even respond to a loyal customer let alone do the work. As a courtesy, we gave them 3 weeks to respond, letting them know we would leave a negative review and still nothing. I would highly recommend NOT using this company for poor customer service, response, and lack of quality work. Services: Sidewalks, Flooring, Paving, Driveways

Rick and his team custom-designed our entire home entrance. From the front porch, stairs to the driveway, we got it all redone without tearing it all out. We were considering stamped concrete patterns, but we got something a lot better looking with Rick's advice. Every visitor likes to stop and appreciate the beautiful work done by these guys. High-quality craftsmanship and a great experience. 10-stars
