Totally untrustworthy, Bought 100 wintercreeper ground cover plants to cover an area I had manmually cleared. They ever were supposed to be dormant. Turns out they were mostly dead. Less than 20% ever leafed out and those soon died. Contacted customer service for warranty and they strung me out for a year and now say they will not honor warranty because I purhased "wholesale". Bullcrap! Just ordered at price they offered. Paid sales tax. Bad product. Bad Service. NO WARRANTY. Just flush your monety down the toilet.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE! ITS A SCAM!!! BEWARE!!!! I ordered bareroot trees and they all came looking dead. The instructions provided clearly said "they may look dead and lose their leaves, but soak and plant them and they will come back." They charged me extra shipping as well. We followed all the instructions and not a single one lived. We have purchased bareroots from multiple sellers with 100% success rate. PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT BUY (unless you want to waste your money).

Currrently waiting to receive my order from about two weeks ago. The order was supposed to arrive 3-5 days later. Shipping costs were very high and yet I never got an update about tracking number, products being shipped or delivery updates. I call and one phone is out of service while the other one no one picks up and it doesnt even allow for voicemails. I review to confirm that the products I ordered are listed are ships now, however here I am still waiting with no one to respond about where my moss and fern are.

FIND ANOTHER NURSERY! BEWARE!!!! This company will take your money then ask for a SECOND shipping fee! Ordered 20+ trees and all appeared to be dead on arrival. I spoke to their customer service rep who assured us that they would "come back" in spring, this was also echoed by the paperwork included, that trees "may appear dead or lose leaves". So now its spring and EVERY SINGLE TREE IS DEAD and never once showed signs of life. I called the support line looking for a replacement, refund, or frankly any signs of compassion and was promptly told they could do nothing and hung up on. When I called back again they had blocked my number. Numerous reviews have reiterated this course of action. Many of the positive reviews seemed to be completely fake. I have worked with several other nurseries and NEVER EXPERIENCED SUCH SHOCKING TREATMENT. For your sake, please shop anywhere else.

DEAD TREES!!! If I could give 0 stars, I would. This company has been such a disappointment!! I tried working with their customer support but they continued to hang up on me and blocked my number when I calmly expressed their fraudulent behavior. This is not what I would expect from a "family owned" business. They do not value their customers or quality of products. This is a big scam and fraud. I highly recommend finding another nursery. Edit after response* This company now claims that it should not have sold the plants to me without a growers license which is again a neglectful oversight on there part as I had spoken to one of their sales reps when placing an order. Also on the response from the company they claimed profane language was used which is categorically untrue. They attempted to dismiss their wrong doing by hanging up and blocking numbers instead of giving actual customer support. THEY ARE LIARS AND WILL NOT PROVIDE HONEST SERVICE. BEWARE!!!! I am a horticulturalist for over a dozen years and dealt with several other bare root nurseries and have never had such HORRENDOUS SERVICE. Save yourself the trouble and go with anyone else!
