Great service and very nice and explained everything perfectly, got our pipes unclogged for $202 only took not even a hour. Comfort heros told us we needed new pipes and everything which would come out to $2000. Saved us tons of cash, thank you.

We called them twice in 5 days due to our main sewer line getting clogged twice. It was not an emergency but both times (Sunday afternoon, Friday morning) they arrived within an hour of being called. The second time they used a camera to inspect the lines all the way to the street to see if we had a serious issue and fortunately we did not! (But we did refresh our 5-year-old on what a reasonable amount of toilet paper is.) Both times they had to remove the toilet to access the pipe and replaced it like it never left.
It was great to have the peace of mind that our lines are fine, and they were also very fair to us on the second visit even though the second clog had nothing to do with their previous work. They even provided us a copy of the video recording. Hope to never call them again - but will if we need it!
