      image First offhotel is confusing to get to. Second, the front desk clerk was less than thrilled to even exist let alone help anyone. Third, the room obviously had not been cleaned. Bathroom was dirty, no linens for trundle bed, electrical outlet broken, luggage cartyes carthad a bum wheel and pulled left hard. Pretty place but overall lacking where it counts most.

      image Heater filter was dusty. No hair dryer in bathroom or kleenex. Sink drain was all moldy.

      image Rooms appear nicer on website. At first glance they appear good, but very uninviting and cold feeling. Couch was wet, unsure if just cleaned. Bed was not fresh looking. Had a rumpled look and smelt strong of men's cologne. Whirlpool filter came off once at water level. Hotel is right beside freeway. Luggage "carts" were more like revised shopping carts with just the bottoms.
      Overall, not a great experience.
