image If you like getting nickel and dimed to death, go with midco. Literally any chance they see to make an extra buck off you theyll do it. Its not just me, ask literally anyone else who has ever gave midco their money.
Midco: PROMOTION! Heres a great rate for internet! Lets suck you in to starting service with us!
3 months later: why am I getting charged $80 for 250mb internet?
Call and get it back to promotion prices for another 3 months or whatever the time cycle is until they screw you over again. If you enjoy constantly monitoring your ISP then I suppose Midco is for you.
If not though, make sure you keep your receipts from them because I guarantee youll get a call a few months after ending service with them saying you owe them money for some random reason. I think they pick a reason out of a hat for each ex customer.
I switched to bluepeak and they are by FAR a better provider. $65 a month for 1gig internet and thats including a nice modem and eero router as well as a price lock for 5 years. Set and forget internet.

image Absolutely horrible streaming live TV service with multiple prolonged delays several times daily. I have had a technician to the house many times with no fix. I pay for gigabyte internet service and have zero problems with other streaming services. Midco is insufferable. Terrible service.

image Make sure you check your statements! I thought I had signed up at a specified, non-promotional cost, but apparently it was only a promotional cost that expires. I only found this out after I had been charged an additional $40 for two months because my "promotion had expired." After calling in I found out I was eligible for the same promotion I had been on, so my bill went back to the original amount. Midco got a few more dollars out of me before I noticed, and then they brought me back down to my original monthly cost after signing me up for the same "promotion." Learn my lesson and check your statements monthly, even if you have auto-pay set up, otherwise they'll get more money once your "promotion" expires. I'll be marking my calendar from now on.
Service has otherwise been fine, but this doesn't bode well for this customer's satisfaction.
