Ive only had good experiences at the pain clinic. Dr. Hein is just great. Personable and really cares about how I am feeling. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

She doesn't care about her patients. When she is told how they are doing she goes into this line of how she broke her back and was hooked on opiates and had to get help to get off of them. And then she tells you about other patients who have been on high doses of opiates and have been taken down and have had to learn how to survive with the pain no matter how bad they get. So she doesn't care about her patients put in him hospice is what I was told omg really!!! If it was your husband or wife would you do that no you wouldn't. So why should I?? You would make sure they were comfortable

Tara Lee is my favorite practicioner. She is personal, kind and gives great care for her patients.

Sandra Erickson is the WORST medical "professional" I have EVER encountered. She lied to me about fees, put me on a med that caused me severe side effects in the past (despite my telling her). She charged me $540 for my first visit but my estimate was $197. I was charged $197 for the 2nd visit. She told me the charges would be much lower from now on. My 3rd visit, I was charged $390. Me: OMG! Sandra: Too bad, but I don't have anything to do with billing. Where is pricing transparency?
I had to give her chart directions to find my latest MRI, which she charged me extra for her time to look at the results. The results were in my Sanford chart since March 2020. She didn't even know who I was on my 3rd visit but she charged me for appointment preparation. I'm on SSDI and am not eligible for Medicare until 10/24/22. Do not pay good money after bad to get fleeced by this woman. I know I won't.
