      image Went into ER with severe pain post surgery and the staff treated it as if I was being dramatic. I could barely walk or talk due to severe pain and was told to go home and take laxatives. There was no empathy, no trying to understand what I was feeling. Nursing staff was dismissive to complaints, I was put in very uncomfortable position in a bed with no assist and could not use my abs due to recent surgery. My surgical team was not alerted that I was there. I had to personally let my doctor know so he could review my lab tests. Surgical doctor reviewed test and notice issues that ER staff did not see.

      image I was so grateful for the Assistance n nurse for treating me like family, they were so kind hearted n even the Dr, they had me do tests n figured out exactly what it was n gave me medicine n I started feeling better n got up this morning n I know in my heart Im on my way to recovery! Thank You so much Monument n GOD BLESS YOU ALL!!
