You are correct, we do put our heart into our treats. It is fun to change the offerings here and there with seasonal specials; with it all being made from scratch and good for you. Libby. Thank you for stopping in today & having a great & enthusiastic conversation with me. I was happy to aid you with your selection, but as we chatted, not once did you ask me nor my staff about ice. And as the barista informed you, our recipes use ice as an aide for thickness. We added everything to your specific requests: mango, strawberries, carrots, ground flax, and coconut milk as the liquid base. And I do know that at the start of our conversation I DID inform you that "if you change the recipe AFCH can NOT garuntee the taste nor quality of the smoothie" which you enthusiastically replied "I make them all the time." Again, OUR recipes are validated for their quality of taste, of price points, and of the mixacology involved. Please do not blame others for personal choices that you insisted upon. I forgot to mention, several customers asked why you reacted with such a fit in their presence & we explained EXACTLY the above conversation & their response was that your actions showed your true self. Please know you were seen as a very aggressive & problematic person by those around you during the tantrum.
