Janelle Gerberding is one of the worst doctors PAs I've ever had the experience of dealing with. I went to her for female health and she was my primary physician. She missed diagnosed adrenal tumors for ovarian cysts and I am just finding out about that is the actual cause of the health problems I've been having for the last 7 years. Because of her I have had numerous surgeries that were not needed or even related including two lower back surgeries. Because of her little knowledge of the adrenal gland or her lack of ability to care I was also treated for many health diseases I do not have. The adrenal gland works just like the thyroid and controls so many important functions of the body making your symptoms all over the place. For someone claiming to work in endocrinology and specializing in diabetes care one would think she would know that an over functioning adrenal gland mimics diabetes, high blood pressure, weight gain and the list goes on and on. One would think that after endometriosis surgeries found nothing they would look further. Because of her labeling me as a seeker I still cannot get doctors to listen to me I just sound crazy. I have done everything that has been asked did all the work and still the health problems. So please save your time and look into your healthcare provider, steer clear of her or really ask questions when she tries to diagnose. I was in my mid twenties at the time this all started and still trying to get somewhere but at least now I can say I know exactly what not to tolerate.
