      image Got charged for grooming that was either just not done or done so poorly you couldnt tell it was done, both dogs lost weight while there so makes me question adequate feeding, one of our dogs came back with sores like she got into a fight, tried calling got no answer left a voice mail asking for a call back to discuss these issues and no communication. Definitely find somewhere else that actually cares about your animals and not just trying to get a quick money grab from you.

      image They wouldn't let me do more than peek through the door to the kennel area. Red flag to me. No tour offered. Also let me know their fees were going up. That made them the most expensive I'd looked @. Not very friendly staff. No thank you. I won't be boarding my pup with them.

      Thank you for the review and expressing your concerns. Unfortunately we are unable to allow anyone but team members in the back of the kennel due to insurance policies. We were happy to allow you to see the kennel set up and where your pup would be staying from the lobby door. Raising prices is something we are not excited about doing, but we want to be up front about it happening. It is expensive to keep the kennel comfortable and pay our amazing team to give the best care possible. We do have luxuries most kennels don't, such as heated floors! We also offer all one on one activities with your pets. We do not offer group play for the safety of the animals and the team. So we have more individual time with the pets. We are sad you chose to look elsewhere, but appreciate you checking out RyeDoodle Boarding & Training.
