Complete is the best! The Rapid City team is so professional, thorough, intentional, and just generally a great time. They make the whole process so easy and stress-free. I can't recommend them enough for anyone looking to have the best celebration of their lives!

The quality and product that I received is not the quality that was advertised at the Bridal Showcase. They are a company throughout the US that has different locations. You don't know which photographer or videographer you will have, they are assigned to you therefore you can have an unexperienced photo/videographer on your wedding day. The have an editing company somewhere (not local) that they send off the photos and videos to and the local representative mentioned they have issues with the editing team often. Overall, very impersonal and heartache causing company despite what they advertise. Do NOT recommend.

Our DJ Jack was the bomb! He was very courteous and helpful and kept the dance floor pumping at the same time. He even played some Russian music for my friends and family :) I could not have asked for a better DJ.

HORRIBLE! My best friend booked these guys at the bridal show because they price was good. It all went downhill from there as the communication was terrible and every time she did manage to talk to someone they were assigned to a different DJ. The only thing that was consistent was the frequency of the upsells they tried to shove down her throat.
Then came the train wreck on the day of the wedding. The DJ they sent was clearly unprepared and not trained well. Missing music for the ceremony, no one could understand the announcements and the whole vibe was just cringe. We really thought it would get better once the dancing started but NO, the DJ took no initiative to get things going and by the time things did start the majority of the guests has already left. The bride provided a short list of songs she wanted to hear but almost all of those were not played. Ultimately a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT given the money they're paid.
We just wish we would have done our research and asked more about their credibly from other wedding people we worked with not just reading their fake reviews. Save yourself a headache and hire someone else.
