Bought a used boat from these guys. They said it was all good, even talked to the mechanic and who said he did the regular maintenance on the boat for the past 3 years. First day out it wouldn't run. No power. Turns out it has a bad motor, was flooded with salt water, 50% compression in 1 cylinder. Black Hills Outdoors is very glad they sold it "as is", and is not returning our phone calls. Can't prove anything but looks like they knew what they were selling. Taking advantage of others ignorance will earn you a really bad rep.

Extremely pleased with their service. We are 5 hours away from rapid city and our boat needed some repairs. Mike got us in the next day and his team figured out the issue and had it done the same day. We were so worried we wouldnt be able to finish summer as everywhere else was at least 3 months out. I couldnt recommend these guys faster.

Mike made our buying experience enjoyable. He was always available to answer our numerous questions and still gives solid advice while we figure out our new boat. I have and will recommend Mike, Jesse, and the entire team at Black Hills Outdoors!

We have had a fabulous experience with Black Hills Outdoor. Mike has been great following up with any questions we have had. He took us out yesterday and went over everything on our new boat. Great service!

First day taking boat out. Probably a manufacturing problem..... I stopped in with no appointment and they solved the problem within a few minutes even though I didn't purchase my boat from them. Mike, Rich and Derek jumped on it without hesitation. They should be wearing capes cause they are super mechanics!!
