Terrible management all around. ALL amenities were closed off to residents and they still demanded full rent payments with no grace periods.
Nothing about this corporation resolved our issues with positive outcomes.

If your looking to move In here think about it twice, DONT DO IT.!! I should off listen to the other people before I did it.. They are not truthful neither honest I lived there for 4 years. They asked for my apartment 7days before cause they knew It was vacant. They came out with if you give us your apartment now we will wave your cleaning charges they even wrote me a letter stating that. I just received my deposit was $750 they only gave me back $340 cause I was charged for cleaning and maintenance !! Of course I called to fight for my money but guess What?? They will look for ANYTHING to keep it.!! Oh I’m sure they will reply to me saying the office can call and we can come up with something.!! Well they did and guess what nope they they said they are willing to give me $90 dollars back.!! They are Ridiculous they will even charge you for old Worn in tears. This company should get sued for so much stealing from people deposits.!! ya
