      image I was told less than two weeks before my reservation that this hotel is closed for the season make sure the hotel is actually open before you book it because now Im forced to find a new hotel to stay at in two weeks and its probably gonna be much more expensive on such a short notice

      We understand your frustration. It could have been a technology glitch somewhere. This entire area is seasonal. The properties here start to open in spring subject to weather and other logistics. We take pride in offering exceptional customer service usually, however it was very unfortunate that it was only your one reservation that flowed in from Expedia because we shut off our inventory from being available during our seasonal closure. We have not collected any money from Expedia for your reservation, and we believe it can be fairly seamless to be able to connect with Expedia Customer Relations and have your reservation modified. The properties in Keystone town which is closest to the monument tends to open up sooner than Hill City and it can be your best bet if you are arriving on 04/25 or sooner. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding of the situation.

      image Rooms were extremely out dated. Beds were dirty and not changed after the other stay. Found others hair in the bed. Bathroom shower had others hair in it and was dirty. Found bugs also in the room. Paid way too much for the stay! Highly dont recommend it
