I walked into this branch today around 11:30 am to open a new bank account. The manager type person, Kip I think his name was, was very friendly but wanted to set me an appointment later in the day to open a bank account. I am 62 years old, and while I don't open a bank account every day, I have lived in a few places and opened new bank accounts as needed. I have never been told that I needed an appointment. Listen, if I can't walk into a bank and do business at my convenience, then I might as well be using one of those online only banks. You don't let a new customer out of the door. Anyhow, I am staying with my old bank for the time being.
