Only because there isn't a negative rating. These people have the absolute worst customer service I have had to deal with in a very long time. I ordered an item on 4/4/21 and when it arrived it was the wrong item. Shame on them, considering there was a picture of what I wanted on the order. When I contacted Chris in customer service, I was told to send pictures of the wrong item & what I ordered. Hello, look at the order form. I did as asked and waited for a month & called again. Only to be told that no one had any record of my request and please resend items. I sent it all to Rhea and I've checked with her a couple of times to no avail. She gives me the standard song & dance that it's the supplier that has to determine whether or not I could get a replacement or refund. Wouldn't even let me speak to her supervisor. She said she'd get me answer today. I'm not holding my breath. I'm sending a letter to corporate, maybe someone there knows the definition of customer service.
Update - just received an email with a refund. I'll believe it when I see it.
Thank you Heather for your quick response. It's a whole lot easier to accept when there is a logical explanation for things.

Helpful and knowledgeable staff. They helped me find a great softener and water filter for my home and it was about $300 cheaper than other one I was considering.

Never shipped the item, Canceled the order, but charged anyway. Yes they do have a cancelation fee, but so well hidden in WEB site as to be obscure. BUT thank you for the refund of PART of the fee charged. We'll see if it ever hits my CC>
Sure does take a long time to get refund. June 6 / Sept ?.

Their website is extremely deceitful! They allow consumers to believe they have items in stock that they do not have at all. This is a 3rd party that never has the items! Berkey’s are selling so fast because of Covid. Absolutely the worst buying experience ever! Very sketchy non responsive staff. I would avoid this company at all cost. I asked for a manager countless times, they told me she would call me back, she never did.
Countless phone calls and emails to them and no response.
It’s been over a month and I still don’t have my items. It’s not a good feeling when you purchase something for 500$ and the company doesn’t get back to you at all.
This was such an awful and stressful experience buying from them. Unprofessional is an understatement.

I've been getting the run around from this company for weeks on the order of my Berkey. I placed the order five weeks ago, two weeks after ordering I called QWT asking for an update as I hadn't received anything. Was told that it was a three week wait due to being out of stock. Was not aware of this upon ordering. Over three weeks go by and I'm told its been moved to a four week delay. I called Monday morning and was told a batch of Berkey's were going out, my order included, and that I'd be receiving my tracking number that day, well it's Wednesday and I haven't received anything. I sat on hold this morning after being the first in the que for over 15 minutes, hung up and called back and asked to receive a call back, once again no return call. Do yourself a favor and stay away, order directly from the product company or shop local. I'm absolutely beyond aggravated and am at the point I'm feeling scammed.
