When is this post office going to take action on the lazy employees? We get the wrong mail all the time and packages missing and delivered to the wrong address. I believe our carriers name is James. Also the tall blonde lady that works in the post office she is as lazy as it gets. Went in the other day to mail a package and give her some stamped mail. She told me to put the stamped mail in the box in the lobby for her cause she was too busy to take them at the counter. Come on its your JOB to take the mail. The lack of customer service is astounding.

We get everyone else's mail all the time and we have letters missing. Like this time the City Water bill. Seems to be a pattern

If there were negative stars, they'd get it. This place has lost numerous packages as well as government issued mail. THE WORST!

Lady was very rude to me today and raised her voice at me for not understanding what i was asking. I wanted to stop my mail forwarding and i was questioned and got a bad attitude from her and she raised her voice. NOT OKAY.
SOMEONE PLEASE. FIRE RONDA. The rudest lady. I hate coming to this post office just because of her! Someone teach her customer service skills!!!! Its incredible how she gets away with her bad attitude and raising her voice at customers

Not too long of a wait. PO boxes are cheaper than in downtown rapid city. Very close location to base.
