My experience with the manager who is a heavy set male of this bar & grill was the worst experience, didn't seem to care about the complaint I had over chicken wings, he seemed too busy to hear what I had to say, very poor customer service skills.

Service depends on the time and day of week and who your server is... Food is usually always pretty decent but a lil overpriced... fun environment because of the games and all that, but sometimes there are just too many kids running around and it gets pretty loud in there for someone looking to have a nice dinner...

Food is great and the service always sucks. I guess that is what happens when you hire based on looks alone.
