Stopped here to pick up two dinners for my husband and I ! Got home 5 minutes later the chicken was barely even warm and the thighs looked more like chicken backs , I normally don't do drive thru because that's normally who gets the old food instead of them just throwing it away! The young man didn't give me a receipt so I asked for one , when I called back to complain no one even answered the phone! We have been Big Fans of Bojangles for years but enough is enough and to have wasted $17 is even worse! I will cook from now on! My husband always told me there are two ppl you don't mess with, that's your Doctor and the cook so no way I would ever try to take it back for a replacement. Really, Really disappointed! Dinner was ruined and had to be trashed! SMDH ! Hot Mess ! Do better or stop coming to work! Check out these dried out almost cold what supposed to be chicken thighs! Come on now !

Food was old and cold and the staff seemed as if they got up on the wrong side of the bed. One question???? Why cant we cook the Botato rounds at least a couple times in the morning and not all at opening. Have some pride in your work people or go the f-(k home.

I can't speak on atmosphere as I have not been inside. The food is always good. However, service has been iffy. In all four times I've been, I've only had one good day of service. Every other time, I get people that do not understand me when I talk (no I do not have an accent, I'm just a regular northerner living in the south). If they do not understand me, then they somehow get the order wrong. There as one trip when they were out right rude at the window with shoving things at me rather than being patient and kind. I'm only one person trying to make room for two cups in my cup holders. I'm an experienced fast-food person, so when I order, I know the lingo, however, it seems like they do not. I have never needed to change my orders (taking things off or adding things), so just basic ordering and still had all the troubles I've had and in less traffic times as well. Take it or leave this advice. It's still worth going to now and then but not as regular as some other places that offer better service.
