      image The bathroom was disgusting, with the floor being soaking wet. No ice in the machines, no napkins, the soda machine was disgusting from not being wiped in what looked like a long time. During our thirty minute wait for our food, we watched the staff bicker about orders, and lack of tickets on the orders. In my experience, Zaxbys in general are not in any hurry to get your food to you, but this particular one lacks proper management, and doesnt have systems in place. Judging by the other reviews, and the lack of improvement, I doubt that anything will change. Thankfully we were just passing through this town on our way to vacation.
