Contacted by Robin Bruce one of the Brokers about selling our home. Miss-spelled our last name after getting a referral from a listing service. Listing service had our last name correctly spelled and forwarded to her. How can you even begin to give confidence to a sales person if they cant even pay attention and double check spelling of a name in an initial contact trying to earn your business. Notified her by return email about this. No reply email apologizing for that. Wow. Guess we were not that important to you to begin with. Just another Listing for your website. Typical of the industry.

I want to thank Robin Harrison for all the hard work she did to find us our dream home. I never thought we would be able to buy a home. We always talked about buying a place and settling down but with my credit I didnt think it would ever be possible. Robin encouraged me to look into first time home buyers programs. She had faith in me that we could do it and we did!! We closed on our new home April 14th and it is amazing. She was very thorough, listened to what we wanted and needed, and walked us through every step answering every question even if it was something silly. She treated us with respect and like we were part of the family. She made everything so easy to understand and made sure we had everything we needed before closing. She even listened to us during the crazy waiting periods lol. Definitely recommend her and her team when looking to buy or sell your home. We will be using her in the future to and any other home needs in the future.

Highly recommend if buying or selling!! We moved to the area from another state, and Robin went above and beyond to help us!!!! Always there to answer questions and help with all aspects of settling into a new area!!! I give her 10 stars!!!!
