      image Horrible customer service. Did an application online at 10 in the morning. Never heard anything back. Called at 2:30 and they claimed they didn't get my application. Did another one over the phone. Told me they would call right back. That was at 2:45 pm & by 5 pm that same day, still hadn't received a call back. So I called back, claimed they were super busy & would call me back as soon as one of them were free. Well they closed at 6 & of course I never received a call back!
