My dad is visiting from NY and he had an issue come up with his car. They knew he was heading back home in a couple days and they figured out and fixed the issue in the same day. Everyone was so nice.

They had very very nice customer service and the car was ready the same day! Buttttttt, they charged me 140$ for the diagnosis which is perfectly normal. But then for the labor to pull 1 Fuse! That was very very easy to get to 140$ extra dollars for the labor which took maybe a few minutes. I would understand 20, or 40$ maybe but 140$ to pull a fuse is crazy. And if it was under my dash or something I guess I could understand it, but no it was very easy to get to, very disappointing in the pricing.

I have been a customer since 2007 & have had 3 new vehicles and with each one the service is always the same"EXCELLENT".. Teresa is always courteous, honest & upfront with the timing of how long the job will take & the cost of your car issues.. I have never had any "Surprises". PowerStar Auto gets + in my book!!!
