We had hired Joys Cleaning Service because we are a military family and moving to a new duty station. In order to take some of the stress off of our family my husband and I decided to hire a cleaning service. The maids had intially told us they were there for three hours and after speaking with my husband we came to the conclusion they had only been there for two hours and still charged us for 3! When it's $90 an hour it is not cheap! When the maids left I was very excited to look at my clean bathrooms and kitchen. I went into the master bath and it looked like nothing had been touched. I was very very upset because I had counted on these ladies to do a great job and literally nothing was clean, I have no idea what they did for 2 hours! I ended up paying them $270 for a job that was not even touched. We have tried to contact the manager several of times and she has been avoiding us and has never returned our calls. If you are looking in getting some help from this company please look elsewhere. I am very hurt and very shocked that a company would take advantage of any person, yet a military family.
