I will start with the con: the store is quite small and does not have a huge selection.
The pros: although the selection is not huge, the variety (at least for the men’s side) is great. I’m an androgynous lady who loves boots and being outdoors; I bought a pair of lace-up men’s Justins work boots about a week ago and I’m in love! These things will probably last me a good ten years. I also bought a Berne jacket, a Justin hat, a pair of Wrangler work pants, a snazzy western belt to match my boots and a cowboy hat carrier for my dad’s new Stetson hat (perfect Christmas present for him). My dad purchased his beloved Stetson cowboy hat from this Lebos location, also.
What truly made the experience a breeze was the customer service. Rachel is a dream to communicate with and get advice from! She went above and beyond in helping me choose the perfect purchases to fit my specific wants and needs. Crystal is somewhat new to the store but don’t let that fool you, she also provided superb customer service. Check out this location and tell ‘em Emily sent you :)
