I Absolutely like this apartment its just what l need.. The staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable.. l been here for 3 weeks and l am having issues with loud noises on the second floor

This is by far the best apartment community I've stayed at. The amenities are nice, and the office staff are all helpful. We had the pleasure of working with Khadija who took the time to answer our many questions and made sure we left satisfied. She made our move in process easier. I would highly recommend this place because of her.

We are excited and anticipating our move to Waters Edge in November. The apartments are absolutely gorgeous. The staff is extremely helpful and knowledgable. Tonija is an absolutely professional and has assisted us in the rental process.
Since the new management took over last year, this apartment complex has gone down the tubes. There is dog crap everywhere, that's the first thing you smell when you walk outside. And if you live on the first floor like we do, the noise from the tenants upstairs is brutal. Complaining solves nothing. Management can't do anything about it except send noise notices. And then, the tenants get pissed and make more noise. The garbage container overflows with garbage because folks are just too damn lazy to open the dumpster. And forget the pool. Unsupervised teens leaving garbage everywhere. So disappointed.
