      image Dont buy online and expect to pick up in store. Theyll charge your card and then tell you the order is still being verified and will take 2 hours longer than promised.

      image The supervisor at this store wouldn't help me get a bad battery replaced less than one year after I purchased it. She was super unhelpful and unpleasant. The battery has a 2-year warranty. I've never experienced this at an auto parts store when replacing a battery before. I'll be buying batteries somewhere else from now on.

      image I had a problem with a battery I had purchased and wasn't sure if it was still under warranty or not. I didn't have my receipt. The lady who was working the counter looked it up and confirmed it was under warranty and had me on my way quickly with a new one.
