Jacie and Eric arrived right on time and were considerate, professional, and thorough every step of the way. They not only cleaned and deodorized our carpet, they also thoroughly cleaned an old glazed tile floor, restoring it to its former luster. They took every precaution to protect surfaces in our home including placing mats to protect flooring from the hoses and pads on corners of walls. All in all, a pleasure to do business with. We will absolutely call them for any future needs and recommend them highly.

I’m the maintenance supervisor of a local franchised hotel. We have an ongoing contract with a national carpet/flooring cleaning company that has been giving us subpar results. I got the OK from management to give Reliable Steemers a call to see if they could do any better. They arrived right on time and walked the hotel with me to work up a quote. They are very professional and VERY thorough every step of the way. Our carpeting hasn’t looked this good since it was installed. It’s also great that they are located right here in Santee. The owners of this company are very caring and professional. In my experience this company cares about cleaning carpet the right way, no shortcuts or excuses. I would highly recommend them for carpet or upholstery cleaning without hesitation.

Please read, if these guys service your area they should be your first and only call for carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning and floor tile cleaning or any thing else they do! Just the commercial vacuum job they did before they carpet cleaned made them look 100% better. These guys are the pinnacle of professionalism. The seem to make carpets cleaner than new. They show up on time completely the job and the estimate remained the price at the end. Please stop looking around and use this crew if you can!
