This place is great. The lady who works here is always fast and efficient. Even friendly. She does a great job on my shirts. I will be back.

I took my white down king comforter here to have it dry-cleaned. After I got it home I was horrified! It was a dingy color, wrinkled and had several blue stains on it. I will have to replace it:( I called and told them of the situation and all she had to offer was "I don't understand'. She said she sends it out to be cleaned. She did not offer me a refund, but I demanded one. She offered to repay me half of the $40 but when I went to the store I insisted on a full refund. She did give it to me. None the less, I'll have to replace it at the cost of $200. I promise I will never do business there again.

For over 6 years I have supported this cleaners and remained a faithful customer even when she misplaced my clothes shrunk a couple of jeans, couldn't find some of my clothes items. She had to pay me on 2 items that just disappeared. When asked to fold expensive shirts on a hanger as she would normally do for over 6 years she was rude and said she got other customers and just walked away. I felt disrespected knowing my household supported her and remained loyal when she messed up several clothing items or couldn't find our clothing we left in her care. It amazes me she contract out all her customer dry cleaning services somewhere else that she can not make an attempt to accommodate her customers. Never again will I use her services she showed her true colors. Looking elsewhere where I will be respected.
