They took over the management of Pawleys Island Pier Condos this year, 40% price increase over the last 5 years I have stayed there during offseason.....people stop buying when price exceeds value, they accomplished that this year unfortunately

rented Lagerhouse for Christmas week 2023 that was approximately $3500. It has a pool, but not heated. I spoke to the office multiple times prior & face to face the day of making sure it had what we needed as we were having family for holiday dinners. We were traveling for 4 days prior so had laundry we threw in the wash on arrival. But then noticed it was filled with dirty stagnant water that wouldn't drain. immediately called office & were told oh yeah we forgot to tell you it's broken & I would have to wring them out myself and use a laundromat. Then prepping dinner with guests i discover the mixer didn't work and we had to go buy one. my dog stepped on a screw left from the new floors that were put in . The ceiling upstairs leaked in the bed, tub, & shower in the master as well as rain pouring in the window in the living room all over the floor & our things. so the maintenance guy comes to.look, taking to moldy blind & says there's no roof tiles. it was one thing after another & the office offered a credit of $50. I called them multiple times & they wouldn't return our calls
I will NEVER use this company again. This home had no business being rented in that condition
