They are liars and thiefs. I called to get "white glove" services and was quoted, over the phone, $199 for delivery of a recliner. After they picked up they called and said it was now $300 because they had to wait an extra hour at JB Hunt warehouse. This was a lie, JB Hunt said LCWS came after the "will call" designated hours, but they accommodated the driver anyway and the driver was in and out in 15 minutes. When I called, the owner he would not respond other to say, "it is delivered" thats it". By the way the crew put the chair together wrong... I fixed it after they left +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ WANTED TO PERMANENTLY SHOW LCWS RESPONSE++++++++ Waaa, waaa, waaa!! What an over privileged cry baby. If you sit in your house all day ordering furniture and then complaining about all of the businesses that serve you maybe you should leave your house and get your furniture that you ordered yourself. When you keep crews out for 5 to 6 hours because you dont understand schedules, you dont understand business costs, you cant read a map, you dont understand Logistics, you cant tell time, you cant tell the truth, you cant perform simple tasks, you dont understand math, the cost is expensive. Maybe instead of being an overgrown petulant ungrateful, judgmental, demanding worm, you could be glad our men put up with you at all. Go lick your fabricated wounds and feel sorry for yourself looser.

I wish I would have done my research, and trusted the posted reviews, prior to using the services of Richard Johnson. He declared bankruptcy, and opened a new company to scam unsuspecting customers. Please do not use this company as you will be screwed beyond belief! Moving companies are questionable, however Richard Johnson is well known in the Low Country for being a scammer.

The workers and the owner were very professional. They were also one time and they absolutely took there time packaging everything. I highly recommend this moving company
