Called them in the morning to ask questions. Our group decided to go with this company and when we drove there the address was wrong. The area was desserted. Called to ask for directions and got hung up on. Called them 3 more times and it went to voicemail but couldn’t leave a message because storage was full. Poor customer service.

Took my sister and her family parasailing we had a blast I recommend this place very much it's probably one of the best places in this area

everyone at this location was super polite and the people on the boat were very funny and entertaining, the views were gorgeous and the whole thing lasted about 2 hours. we were in the air for maybe 10 minutes and we got “dipped” in the water before coming back onto the boat. the whole experience was over all amazing and we will be visiting again:)

Very poor experience. The service staff checking us in was sweet as can be, but the other staff like the jet ski captains were rude. Young adults working an easy job not caring about professionalism.
