We could not be happier with our decision to work with the Elite Exterior Team. We felt like part of the team from the very beginning when Chris came to our home and helped us plan out our vision of what we hoped to accomplish. We came to contact Elite by a recommendation from a neighbor who told us how professional and easy they were to work with. We wanted to replace our screening in our lanai for a full view from top to bottom and change out two sets of French doors for two sliders. After signing and reviewing the professionally designed contract of work to be completed, the project manager came out to inspect the job site and introduce himself and ensure us that he will be with the installation team every step of the way. We were feeling super confident that we selected the right company for our home and were eager to get started. The best part of our experience came when Jim and Bruno our installation team came and delivered the Elite promises big time they were neat, polite, respectful, and talented in their craftsmanship and kept us informed every step of the way. They worked WITH US throughout and truly made us feel comfortable and part of their team!! A truly pleasant experience from beginning to end.
Finally after all was completed a few weeks later, Jenn from Elite stopped by our home to inspect the completed project and ask if we were happy and to personally thank us for our business. Wow, what a pleasant experience and Professional Team!!

I was referred to this company by someone who used them and was happy with their work. I called and made an appointment and they were able to come out right away. I met with the technician on a Friday. He advised he would try to get the estimate to me by the end of the day. That did not happen but I was not concerned with that. A week later I called to follow up. I was told someone would call me. No one called. The following week I called two more times and left messages. I have yet to receive a call or an estimate. I would not consider this good customer service.

Elite Exteriors was an awesome experience. They were very prompt and explained everything from start to finish. Very happy with the new screening and my barn door opening. They never left the job messy, always cleaned up before leaving. I would highly recommend them for any of your screening. exterior needs.
