This place deserves a 5 star. Took my car there today under sierra Cavoli the guy up front was so kind to me. Unfortunately they didnt call me before they closed but I did take it without an apt. Im hoping they can find the issue with my car. But I do have to say the gentleman are so kind there especially the guy that came out !! Thank you guys for taking my car in without an apt. I explained to the guy it was my brothers car and he recently passed and hes the kindest guy Ive ever spoken to about a vehicle!!

Honest, reliable and friendly. Went out of their way to help me cut costs when most places do the exact opposite. Matt worked on my car, but everyone I spoke to was friendly and even helped ease my worries along the way. Highly recommend, Im lucky to have stumbled upon them.

My sister had her car towed here for an alternator replacement and they left the car out unlocked of which all her belongings we STOLEN (CDs, Registration, Gloves, 3 pairs of designer sunglasses, Handy Cap tag and several other items of which the owner did nothing. Verry unprofessional. I dont know, a scam?? BEWARE!!!!!!!

Called midday to see if I could get an oil change, told me to come in. Great service didn't try to sell me things I didn't need. Was in and out in 20min. I live in carolina forest and my neighbors would tell me to go to Archers, so I finally went. They just gained a new customer. Thanks.

Absolutely avoid this place at all costs. I took my sons car there to check on some codes from a check engine light knowing if the next step was a timing belt. I told 2 different people twice what was already done. They call back the next day with it needs a camshaft position sensor and its going to be just under $600 before tax and they can have it done for me tomorrow. I said, again, its got a brand new Camshaft Position Sensor.
1- this tells me that the have no idea whats going on.
2- they were willing to overcharge me $600 on a misdiagnosis.
3- they didnt open the hood (since I have the new CPS labeled)
4- there no communication there. Even though I told the mechanic that worked on it that its got this new part in it, I told the counter guy who wrote up the ticket the same thing and I told the person that set up the appointment over the phone that its been replace as I know the code its going to show and that would likely be an assumption.
Also, I get people have to pay the bills, but retail on a CP Sensor is between $20 and $50 (and they are not paying retail). Installation is one easily accessible plug and a 10mm bolt that is extremely accessible if you just open the hood. We all need to make money. It took me 11 minutes to replace it as a novice $580 is steep for 10 a minute job (likely much less time for them)
And the fact that not only would I be $600 in, this would NOT fix the issue. I said, ok, timing belt it is since again, its got a new CO Sensor in it. I said thanks but Im going to hold off Ill pick up the car.
I get there. It turns out they left the keys on the hood for 2 days and had some difficulty finding them. So after they found them they have the nerve to give me a quote on a timing belt and a bill for $140. How are these people still in business?
I feel sad for all the people that think this shop is honest and knowledgeable and the $140 I spent. Counter guys rebuttal was Im just the messenger.
