This company was assigned through our home warranty company for a leak in our upstairs shower. The leak was causing mold to appear and saturate my toddlers bedroom ceiling to the point of creating a hole when touched. They showed up to the wrong house initially, came into my home with no tools or equipment and asked to borrow a screwdriver to open the shower drain. There were 2 techs and after 5 minutes in my bathroom, one left and did not return at all. The tech that stayed told me the other tech left to smoke a cigarette. They spent about 20 minutes total at my home and sealed the drain and toilet just in case. A few days later, the leak is worse with more mold and more water damage. I called my home warranty company as I did not want to use this company again and have thankfully been assigned another company for repair. Its a big deal to me, because its causing extensive secondary damage that we are paying a water restoration team to repair. I also dont want my young son exposed to mold and have closed off his room until its fixed. Completely unprofessional company and would not recommend to anyone.

Didn't even get as far as a phone call, well, SEVERAL phone calls until the owner called back to basically curse me out stating he "ain't got time to service my residence" and "to stop threatening that you'll keep calling." I wasn't threatening; I was actually calling to get someone to call me back. I was in need of service, haven't had hot water from my brand new water heater and I was only using them after my water heater's manufacturer told me to call them, as they would cover the costs of repair. I called for a WEEK straight with no call back whatsoever to finally get a call from the owner who was right off the bat huffy and , yet all anyone there could have done was relay a message back to their "call center" to state they were unable to assist due to being shorthanded, COVID, etc. Instead, I had to call and leave messages for someone to call me back for days on end. The call center stated someone would call to set up an appointment, with each time having my call log history, yet asked me each time with the SAME series of questions like I was a brand new caller. I eventually asked for a Supervisor and all they could tell me was "Well I know the owner is Eric." I was trying go a step up of who was in charge but Eric decided to take it upon himself to be the most RUDE, disrespectful and completely unprofessional individual I have ever dealt with. I say that with the most genuine of words as I NEVER leave bad reviews. This deserved the time to review. I advised the water heater's manufacturer to never recommend this company, to ANYONE because I definitely won't. God only knows what their actual service is like!

Called twice and they were suppose to page someone to call me. No one ever called.
