Customer service was great. I saw a commercial on TV so I wanted to order what I saw. For myself the Philly Cheese steak. my granddaughter wanted the chicken wraps. It was as good as it looks on TV. The store was clean, prices were not to high. We enjoyed our day.

Pretty much every Hardee's I've walked into as of late has been a dumpster fire. With that said I will never set foot in another Hardee's again. I've gotten better service at the local landfill. Rude staff door was locked at 1030 am and to top it all off they don't even carry the basics. It's not just this location it's all of them. Just remember bojangles has a way better chicken biscuit.

Lobby is always closed..the Butter biscuits aren't buttered anymore just dry biscuits..I've tried to order the sausage egg cheese wraps( love those) for the past 3 weeks and every weekend morning I go there it's never available for order..This morning my son and I tried them again and we waited at the pull up drive thru for 6 mins to place my order' no one never said anything to place my order so we left and went to chick fil a..I'm done with this hardees bc everytime we go there its always something wrong there..I love hardees breakfast & lunch..But we're moving on to another restaurant bc I drive 8 miles just to go there when I live right by wendys and waffle house just to get no service or no food..
