My furnace was almost reaching its ending point. I didnt know where to begin and find a reputable and honest company! I google and read the reviews about Comfort Experts, and they were all outstanding reviews. I called and spoke with Michael, the owner; what a lovely person he is; he is on point with my furnace and certainly took his time with all the different options of my choice! I gave him the business! Today was the installation day, a big WOW, to his employees, Larry and Nick these two fellows worked so hard under these high temperatures in the attic, awesome, both did outstanding work and very professional and friendly! This is how I like to feel percent satisfied Customer! I am so happy and I like to share with everyone how wonderful This company Comfort Experts, is fantastic! Brandon quickly identified what the issue was. He was on time, and the repair was completed in less than a half hour. Im would recommend him to anyone with heating or cooling needs. Great work.

We had not had our gas logs checked or cleaned in 2-3 years. Brandon came on time, was knowledgeable, very pleasant and informative. We appreciate that he was able to be scheduled so quickly as we are between ice storms and didn't want to be left in the cold if the power went out. We will certainly be calling for him earlier in the winter next year to keep up with this in a more timely manner.
