All Pro Home Repair and Decor LLC tech Did a fantastic job helping us putting ceiling fans in our bedrooms, living room and guest room. Repaired hole in the door, painted our house. All his work was up to perfection. The most I liked was that he scheduled us quickly and arrived on time. He did a great job. Thanks!

I have worked with All Pro Improvements on several projects since 2006 and have personally used their service on my home. I can tell you from a longterm business relationship as well as a customer you will not find a more professional outfit! It boils down to Mac Smith and his integrity that makes this company. Can’t say enough good about All Pro, you will be well please with the craftsmanship work!

Our family had an awful experience with this company! Michael came to our house Monday 4/22/2019 @ 6:30 pm and spoke to my husband and father-in-law about a full bath addition with screened in porch . Expecting an estimate in a few days after being told that my husband reached out to Michael 4/25/2019 who explained that he hasn’t even had time to look at it to being the estimate. My husband again reached out to Michael 4/30/2019 who again again with the same story didn’t have it done. Michael then called my husband 5/2/2019 and wanted to set up a meeting and my husband just asked for him to send the estimate by email said that his company was “not f***ingAmazon”. My husband then called Max and asked who he had working for him and then he apologized then said he’d have sent to him that night the email didn’t come till late evening 5/3. When my husband reviewed this document nothing that we had asked Michael for was even on there. It was completely wrong. My husband called the main number and talked to them again and had to re explain what we wanted over the phone and was promised another estimate and we have received nothing. Worst experience ever .

I used All Pro Improvements to put a new deck on my rental home in SC. I live out of state so I was leery that this would not be an easy process to find a reputable company who performs quality work in a timely manner - especially since I would not be there to see the process or finished results. I had no reason to worry! Michael went to the house took pictures of the old deck, provided a comprehensive proposal including drawing and was outstanding with communication. I signed the agreement and my deck was completed within the time frame I was told. Michael sent me pictures of the completed deck and it is absolutely beautiful and is exactly like the sketch provided. Outstanding service and communication. Will definitely use this company again for my rental homes in SC.

We had a few estimates for an install of a new metal deck from Nexan. There were no prior installs in SC. The deck is an upscale metal that lasts a lifetime. We needed a good builder that instilled trust and confidence. The installation is 5 star. A few pieces arrived with some scratches, and a couple of engineering issues were addressed before starting. All to our satisfaction. It’s a one of a kind centerpiece to our 1plus acre fenced in back yard. We have no hesitation recommending and would use their services again when the next project arises.
