I cannot say enough good things about Coopers Land & Home. We ended up having to have our whole kitchen redone after a leak in our faucet. Levi was very responsive to messages and any questions I had. Even with a few delays in broken or missing cabinets Levi was keeping me updated on new arrival dates. Our kitchen was not a small project but they did an amazing job!

My 1st review went missing,  so I'm re-posting. Make sure you get "every" detail in writing!!! Our contract called for a paddle fan, we had to purchase one ourselves! Mr Cooper visited on several occasions and we pointed out the screen room on our neighbors house, letting him know this is what we wanted and we commented of it having gutters and down spouts, where by he said "yes Sir". We had to pay another guy, but we deducted the cost in the end. He also called to say he needed extra sand to back fill against the cement sidewalk-- he told me on the phone like $500, then said it cost much more. Also note that HE does none of the work himself, it was all subcontracted. I later had the guy from Sunset Xteriors who installed our Screen room, come back and do additional work (he was fantastic, wish I would have known this before). I would highly suggest staying away from this one. Also note my other review that says how he saw me like over a year later and threatened me over the review I wrote. The Police have the video!

David Cooper of Cooper Land & Home wowed us at every step of the project. We had them turn an existing deck into a sunporch. The subcontractors that he used were excellent craftsmen. They all showed up on time and worked until 5 or 6 pm in the evening. A big plus for me was that many of the subcontractors cleaned up after they were done. I never imagined my sunporch would look as good as it does. Cooper Land & Home did a fabulous job and we are thrilled with the finished product. Service: Home addition construction

David and Levi Cooper of Cooper's Land & Home were a pleasure to work with. They are creative problem solvers that showed the care, professionalism, craftsmanship, and attention to detail that they would give to their own homes. They went above and beyond to address to our concerns and delivered an superior quality remodel of our backyard entryway and outdoor deck of that blends seamlessly with and enhances the look and feel of our 1930's home.
They were very prompt and well-organized throughout the entire project, they maintained a tidy job site and quickly completed our build on-time and on-budget. From framing to finish, electrical, painting, plumbing, drywall, roofing and decking, their crew was friendly, efficient, and professional and delivered excellent workmanship across the board. I could not recommend Cooper's Land & Home more highly. If we have the chance to, we would absolutely work with them again on a project of any size. I had used this company for 8 months and they did do a exellent job. This latest job, did not comply with my request in voice and i have in text also of what I needed. They wanted clarification after I paid. The owner told me they would be there monday and i texted them because they did not show up. the return text said they would be there at would be there at 0900 and I texted them an hour later because they did not show. some clarification was needed and i texted the owner my unhappiness. The owner verbally assualted me and said 2 x that he would give me a refund. The labor was under $800 and materials and delivery was $1050 and they charged me $500 for delivery receipt. I complained and I called the police and filed a police report on the verbal assault so i can go to small claims court and recoup my funds.
