Contractors did not identify major issues found by the second opinion we paid for. They left insulation loose near the system causing extra strain on the HVAC system. Signed up for a maintenance plan and then they stopped responding to messages/calls after we paid.

Needed to get my system replaced after a botched claim by the home warranty company I was dealing with. Tony was able to get a system and set a time two days later.
