I have been coming to this cleaner for years now and today was extremely disappointing. Over, the last year I have brought my duvet cover to the cleaners to be cleaned and have buttons replaced. They continue to miss buttons and every time including today I have to pay again for them to be replaced. It is now the 4th time I have paid for this and Im extremely disappointed that they dont back their work.

I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience with Charleston GREEN Cleaners, and I feel compelled to share my negative experience to help others make informed decisions.
My dissatisfaction with Charleston GREEN Cleaners began from the moment I dropped off my clothes. The staff appeared disorganized, and it took an unusually long time to get my items processed and receipted. This lack of efficiency was an early warning sign.
However, the real issues emerged when I received my garments back. To put it bluntly, the quality of the cleaning was atrocious. Several of my clothes showed clear signs of inadequate cleaning; stains that should have been removed were still visible, and some items even appeared dirtier than when I initially dropped them off. It was evident that the cleaning process had been inadequate and careless.
To add to the frustration, when I brought this issue to their attention, their customer service was shockingly unresponsive and unapologetic. They offered no solutions or remedies for the damaged clothes and seemed disinterested in addressing my concerns.
Moreover, the pricing at Charleston GREEN Cleaners was far from transparent. I was charged significantly more than initially quoted, and when I inquired about the discrepancy, I was met with vague explanations and a lack of accountability.
The overall experience with Charleston GREEN Cleaners left me deeply unsatisfied, and I would caution anyone considering their services to think twice. The combination of subpar cleaning quality, unprofessional customer service, and questionable pricing practices made it a thoroughly disappointing experience. In my opinion, there are undoubtedly better and more reliable cleaning services available in the Charleston area.

Been here a few times to get some shirts dry cleaned and I have always had a positive experience. The prices are reasonable. The staff have always been great.

Just met this store and dropped off clothing. Very friendly wife husband duo as employees working for absentee owner. She explained service and pick up date. I'll update results after pickup. Normally I prefer owner involvement but I'll see how it goes.
