Tony priced out over $8K worth of repair and maintenance work for a commercial complex I manage. After he did not get the job (due to finding a less expensive contractor) he proceeded to call me and yell profanity about how much of a low life dog I am. If you want to bid work out for goodness sakes do not call Stephens Do All & Associates. If he does not win the bid he will act like a little boy and harass you. I am afraid he now will destroy my personal property on the job site he did not get awarded. Not much of a business man or a good person in my experience.
