We absolutely loved working with Signature Catering for our wedding!! They offer great options, and the tasting was so much fun!! Everything we tried was delicious. We mostly worked with Tracey and Delaney, and they were fantastic! They both have event planning experience, too, so they had a great insight into the order of events and the presentation of the food. We got so many compliments from our guests!! We highly recommend them!!

As a pastor, I have done upwards of 100 weddings. When it was time for my own daughters wedding, I let her pick who she wanted to work with. Trust me, I have seen incredible wedding coordinators, and then others who left much to be desired. Tracey is cut from a completely different cloth. Outstanding or remarkable does not even begin to touch how organized, thoughtful, professional, and thorough she is. Tracey was on top of every detail from the nuances of the weather, to synchronizing the food and drinks, to designing Plan B options, to organizing, communication and transportation, to dealing with wedding day personalities - so much, though that, even as the officiant, I could just sit back, relax and watch my daughter get married. It takes a special person with a lot of experience to know what to deal with right now, and what not to deal with, and the wisdom to know how to spin 20 plates in the air at one time, all while the guests see nothing but beauty, fun and enjoyment. She is a resplendent individual with the infrequently found ability to take care of the mechanics and logistics of a wedding, and ado so with a smile, laughter, and a general feeling that shes part of your family. Traceys coordination and involvement in my daughters wedding is the standard by which I will evaluate other wedding coordinators to come, which will in no way be fair to the others. If you plan to have a wedding in Beaufort County, youd be nuts not to engage Tracey. Putting on a wedding takes a lot of moving parts, but this is the first time I saw one individual be the key to all the other parts. I genuinely do not know what we would have done without her.

My wedding was in October this year and we had the pleasure of working with this team for catering services. Tracey was an absolute angel from beginning to end. We talked many times throughout our planning process and she came to my rescue more than once. I had a day of coordinator so I had to do most of my own research and planning and Tracey was a lifesaver. She was with me every step of the way and if I ever had to plan another event, I would want her on my team. She is so thoughtful and knowledgeable and a truly wonderful person.
The menu selection is great, they have something for just about any budget. The staff we had at my reception was so great to work with. They were kind and hardworking and a pleasure to work with.

We loved our experience with Serg! They catered our 80 person wedding at The Mackey House to perfection. From the minute we asked for a quote, their team went above and beyond to answer our questions. They helped us customize the perfect menu, giving thoughtful recommendations and providing a lot of flexibility to our preferences and vision. Tracey, their wedding and events specialist, is an absolute doll! She was more than a coordinator - she was a cheerleader with a depth of knowledge to share about weddings. I had a truly memorable tasting experience that translated perfectly to the food we had on our big day. I cannot recommend Serg enough.
